A few years ago, I could say I never had a good customer experience going to Staples. Long lines and ill prepared service associates made it easy to find other shopping venues. Today when I go to Staples, the experience is a little better. Shorter lines and friendlier and knowledgeable associates improve the ambience. Now that Staples has solved that problem, their stock and inventory are often depleted. So I shop, for the most part, at Amazon. I do go for the Soda Stream CO2 replacements which they now have an ample supply. By the way, their rewards program is lack of rewards.

The customers who shop here are so often extremely rude and entitled. The staff does a good job, and they do not deserve the abuse the store's customers heap on them.

If I could give a "0" I would ! DO NOT bring an item for them to send out in the USPS. I made that mistake and for 8 days no one could track where the item was. When the company finally received it , the item was wrapped in a different wrap …
