Cary is absolutely amazing! She is very well spoken and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in our case with my very sick and complicated mother. We are continuing to work coordinating with Carly and her primary care to work through her disease and find a level of comfort care through alternative medicine. great shop!!!!! very chill and inviting atmosphere. Staff is always very helpful and the pharmacists are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Medical menu is diverse and they only sell good products. Company is getting aggressive with their sales to help bring costs down. You WILL NOT be disappointed going to this shop..... The staff is always welcoming and helpful!!!!

This was my second visit. I had to wait just a bit, as a rush of customers came in right behind me. This was not an issue for me. They were completely professional, kind and knew my needs before I did. Even during a rush? Everyone's needs were cared for in a timely manner. Meaning they busted their butts to make us feel cared for. Don't walk, RUN to them....just don't forget your license, Dr's paperwork and MM card. Pre-order if you can. Do your part, you'll thank me later.

Hi Greg, Certainly! The ratio is the amount THC to CBD in each product. The first number is always THC content when looking at our menu. In the case of 20:1, you are looking at a product that is 20 parts THC to 1 part CBD. I highly recommend taking advantage of our free pharmacist consultations, as we can discuss with you all the ins and outs of cannabis for a new user. Thank you for your great question!

Hi Joshua, The pick-up times should be visible when you place an order through IHeartJane on our website. The order times are from 10:30 to 5:30 on normal business hour days.
