People need to understand that FedEx EXPRESS is NOT the same as FedEx GROUND or FedEx HOME DELIVERY. The couriers that work out of this West Hatfield station are FedEx EXPRESS and have never let me down once. They actually care about getting your package to you safely and as fast as they possibly can.

We insist that you pack all your shipments. The customer is responsible for packing. Depending on the size and weight will determine how it will be shipped. FedEx does offer large boxes at some locations
