As DMVs go, this one is good--new building, clean and bright. It can be a bit confusing figuring out how to get to it from the parking lot. All the ckerks were friendly and helpful. The patrons in line not so much. Great place for people-watching though! Fascinating.

I'm trying to change my address and get records for job applications. I tried to use the website to get a copy of my driving record. The website wants to mail a physical copy... Not going to work because I need to change my address. So I scheduled an appointment for the morning. I arrived early to find the paperwork in the downstairs hallway but no pens to write with, making the paperwork worthless. I went upstairs and finally made it to the counter... Late. I was told that they were only taking cash and checks that day. So I needed to walk to an ATM and get cash and then walk back. Then I had to wait in line again. After another 15 minutes of standing in line it's finally my turn... And the woman at the counter and just allows some woman and her daughter just step in line in front of me and she begins helping them instead. If I didn't need this info today (btw, why am I paying for a copy of my own info? It's mine) I would have left already. If I could give zero stars I would. If I could somehow get an explanation as to why I have to pay $15 for my own personal info but I can't charge the state for my time and effort. I had to fill out the forms... So... When do I get my paycheck from the DMV? I had to put multiple certifications on each form. Do I get $15 for each signature? So I FINALLY get my number called and head to the counter. As I am speaking to the woman a young man steps in front of me and has a full conversation with the woman about his driver's test. What are the point of lines if you allow people to just cut in? Took over an hour for a "10 minute" appointment.

The woman behind the front counter, I believe her name was Kelly, seemed to be thrilled at my dismay that I wouldn't be able to keep my license after getting a new one. Not a big problem, I'll make it work. But the amount of joy she had in …

Hi Amelia, I do not work at the DMV, my last experience there was awful.. Leave yourself plenty of time, because they close at 5 sharp, if you're in line at 5, they will boot you out.. Hope this helps
The last time it happened to me. I was told to go to the Concord office. It took 6 to 8 weeks. (Pre Covid-19)
You need a written (email or mail, I can't remember which) confirmation.
Take the bus that goes to the mall of nh and get off on south willow at the dmv

Who issued the placards to you? If the DMV did, contact them. If the city did, contact them.
Report it to the local authorities asap
They're open but by appt only. They also have a drop box located on first floor for forms but make sure to make a copy of items and place copies only inside. Be sure to write phone number, name and email on everything
Call the DMV and choose from 1of4 prompts. Be prepared for a 5 to 10 minute wait. Usually connects to your local DMV. Genuinely helpful people.
You may print the application and fill it out prior to going to your appointment at the DMV which will help save
