Showed up at 7:35 and ordered 3 frappes. I was told they couldn't sell frappes because the machine was shut down for the night. If you're open you need to be open. It also shouldn't take 20 minutes to be served an ice cream cone when there's no line.

There is a young waitress there, dark hair with piercings and tattoos that comes off as rude. Things certainly seem different since they have reopened for breakfast hours. Last time I visited, I was greeted by the aforementioned individual. I requested to sit at the counter to make things easier on staff. She then proceeded to sit me at a booth. She then proceeded to talk with her friend at the counter instead of offering beverages, taking my order, etc. Worst customer service skills: not a great representation of her generation. Sorry, not sorry. Blake's used to be one of my faves since early 2000's.

I was served raw fried eggs (over easy), my eggs were still clear and slimy.... My boyfriend was served raw, soggy french toast. Our waitress was very rude, and made us feel it was an inconvenience that we were both unsatisfied with our food. Never coming back here. Disappointing.
