Hotel is run down looks like a lot of guest we’re long term tenants or using it for a flop house. Pool and gym not open we’re told they close at 7. Toilet pipe showing from the back and pretty dated ice machine didn’t work. Did not feel safe it seemed more like a crack house. I am really shocked it’s even allowed to carry the choice name. For the price it was not worth it.

When traveling I don't typically stay at Choice hotels but after this stay they are winning some brand loyalty from me. If in future stays I get the same level of customer service as I did from the front desk employee Steff I will quickly become a convertee. Steff was great, my interactions with her made me look past the issues with the bathroom and such in my room. I had been hesitant to stay for more than one night as a result of past experiences and was planning on switching hotels for my second day here as I am an athlete and really needed a comfortable rest after what Ive been going through. But from my good experience with Steff I decided to just extend my stay another night and save myself the trouble of changing hotels. Positive: The staff were great and so nice Negative: Smelled like weed & cigarettes the whole time and it¿s 100% non smoking, door was left propped open most of the night, drunk guy banging on hotel room door, nip bottles left in our ¿clean room¿, stained blankets that didn¿t look washed

Positive: Check in was seemless. It took only 5 minutes. They have a wonderful breakfast, which is included. There is an indoor pool and a gym. We were there for an event at SNHU on the same weekend as a Nor'easter so we stayed 2 nights. The location was excellent.
