I'm joining the list of "bad experience" customers. I guess it doesn't matter to the manager or owners of this store that they give poor customer service. Make sure you check your packing slip because once they put tape on the box it destroys the integrity of the box and can't be reused, according to the store manager. However, Amazon and other companies will take used boxes you have at home. Seems strange?

Was there earlier this afternoon and my service was extremely wonderful. I usually come early in the morning not anymore. Early daytime employees are slow and seem lazy but tonight i had issues with my amazon and Kim figured it out so i would get my refund. Thanks so much for your help. I appreciate it very much. Who knew you could return Xfinity equipment at your local UPS Store?! The staff was extremely helpful and informative on the process. They will even print the label for you for a small fee.
