I arrived at 7:08 PM and I waited for 20 minutes and no one was in line for at least a few minutes...no else was there! I ordered 3 drinks, the 2 guys working there got all 3 drinks wrong and they kept asking me what to we ordered. I only sent one of the drinks back in to get changed because we had an appointment to get to. One would be standing around looking flustered while one was getting a drink. At one point, one of the guys took the trash out of the waste basket, put it aside and didn't even wash his hands...just got another cup out! They were talking to each other about how overworked they were and they weren't even doing their job! It was apparent they don't care about anyone

One of the slowest drive thru's in NH! I drive for a living and frequent many dunkins, this one is by far the slowest. I always order cold brew coffee, how do you burn cold brew? I get non cold brew alot of the time instead of my cold brew. they need to do better

At 11:30 a.m. April 7th the female dark haired manager accused the older gentleman in front of me of stealing then accuse me of stealing in the store when I went out and she sent another employee out to ask if I stole again which I did not and neither did the man in front of me I go to Dunkin' donuts multiple times a day everyday and I will never go back to this one.

Normally go here for a coffee but got a Boston Cream donut and the filling was a pink color…hope they’re not serving poorly prepped or expired food…
