I went through the drive through today with my sick baby waiting for her prescription and asked for children’s Tylenol . The Lady who was at the window told me no I can’t get that. So I took the phot of where it says you can as I didn’t want to take my sick child out of the car. She came back over and I pointed it out and with her eyes rolling and her nasty looks towards me she said whatever I can go and get it…… my family will no longer go to this rite aid. I’m disgusted.

I have to say, for it being one of the only 24hr pharmacy-store in the area, is always kept really clean, and the associates are always super helpful.

The pharmacy is great. When I was sick this summer, even though I was a first time customer to the pharmacy, they had my prescription ready in ten minutes. ZERO STARS. Twenty-four hour pharmacy & I've called three times in past 24 hrs re: status on filling my diabetes med. No answer each time so I left a message & call back # each time.
