We walked in not realizing we needed reservations on a Saturday night. They were very accommodating and sat us rite away. The food was excellent and the drinks were tasty. Recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some traditional food choices in the Manchester area.

Always an amazing experience at Cotton. It has been consistently delicious for years. The mashed potatoes are a staple with just about every meal with a wide range of sauces accompanying the dishes. Drinks were delicious as always and the apps were a highlight as well. Reservations full up fast, so make sure you plan ahead!

The Delmonico steak is superb. While the restaurant doesn't have a crazy number of various steak cuts etc, what they offer is exceptional in every way ... all chef cooked. Our favorite app is the pan seared scallops, just right for two. And the sourdough crusty bread for starters is always freshly baked.
Get there at 5 during the week or 4 on Saturday and sit at the bar. Same menu.

I was there this weekend and did not see anyone been asked to leave. They have a lot of very good safety practices in place. Would highly recommend.
I'd check their hours, I would think that if they're open you should be able to buy one.
No, but it's a nicer restaurant, so I wouldn't show up in crappy clothes. But jeans are fine.
