Definitely want to close my business accounts after visiting this bank. One of the worst location of bofa . Also, they say customers requests are weird . May be Henry is his name .

This bank is horrible. Downtown in the largest city in the state, and they will have 1 teller taking customers while 9 other people are visible in the bank doing things that could be done when the customers are gone. They also have a drive up window they don't use. It is a pain to take your kid out of the carseat because they don't want to use their drive up window. Also, they close at 4pm. Some banks are open late nowadays, not BOA. They can't make it until 5.
