Not only are the campsites close, it’s very noisy. In the pictures, I’m sitting at our picnic table under our canopy. The campsite next to us had a party with loud music and friends visiting and their generator running the whole day. You can hear kids yelling and music throughout the campground. Although swimming was allowed, the water was gross. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were cleaned every day.

Such a great and chill spot….managed to find a great bbq grill spot with a lake and swim area at 2pm on 4th of July 2022!!! So great! Ty Massachusetts!!!

I love Pearl Hill. Walk here every day. Spring, summer, autumn and winter. Peaceful, quiet and clean. Great trails.

No, this is a small state park and not an RV center. The only thing to rent are the campsites.
There is a very large field down by the pond you can lay in that has a clear view of the sky. I am not sure if there is any light pollution from the parking lot though

Thanks for all the answers! Update: it went well with no problems. Even the Rangers who came to do nightly/daily checks just looked at the cases of beer and said nothing. But DO CLEAN UP EVERYTHING, leave NOTHING behind.. Be courteous.
