Working with Servpro - Westford was a great experience. We had a roof leak 2 days before Christmas and they came out within an hour of calling to start remediation work. They were professional and very helpful in getting everything situated and helped us with the insurance claim process. We also used them to repair the damage; including replacing wood, floors and painting. Every aspect of the work was amazing. Everyone was kind, considerate and experienced. Highly recommend!!!

Turns out I should have brought someone in to assess my situation, then hired ServPro to do any needed remediation. Not realizing that, I brought ServPro in first. Despite not getting paid for this initial visit (and with a likelihood that no remediation will be ultimately needed), the owner, Kevin, still spent his time to do what evaluation he could, make some recommendations and generally educate me about my situation and options.
