We tend to credit ourselves for our lives when things are good, and blame God when we encounter events and circumstances beyond our control. It's human nature. And it's also something God understands (much of the Old Testament is filled with this kind of story) but we still want an immediate fix to pain in our lives. At TCC, each of us has been through a dark time but we find that in coming to church and being around others, we are not alone in our experience of faith crisis. And TCC is a group of folks who not only have a sympathetic ear, but can help figure things out if that's what's needed.
