I am a vendor and service Pendleton for mental health services. Pendleton has the best bunch of staff. It’s always a warm and welcoming visit each time. I feel honored to be apart of the team to help the most vulnerable population today. The staff and management are caring and truly dedicated. Great job team!!!!

DON'T TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE!!!!! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen! Just called my mom to wish her a happy mother's day and again was greeted with tears. The useless call button was activated over an hour before I called and as is the norm at this place, they're not responding. I checked on response time a short time ago. Mom had called again crying so I told her to activate the call button while I was on the phone and after five minutes of no response I hung up with my mom and called pendleton directly to talk to someone in charge. What especially was concerning to me was the fact that if my mom had a true emergency and no one came to check on her, in that five minute period she could of passed away. So I called to talk to someone in charge and couldn't believe that I was talking to a place that was in charge of the care of the elderly. My concerns were voiced and I asked for a supervisor and what occurred is still unbelievable. Outright hostility, condescension and sarcasm are just some of the things I experienced in trying to reach somebody with my concerns and as my call was transferred from one line to another with no one connecting me to a supervisor, I was connected back to the one who originally answered the phone where I was given a quick lesson on what it means to be a nurse or worker in a nursing home. Then dismissing my complaints and still refusing to connect me to someone in charge she actually hung up on me!!!! My sister then called and pendleton would not even answer the phones! Lack of care and empathy, poor food, and lack of response is going to lead to a lawsuit or a state investigation and if you want me to testify as to what my mom is experiencing I would gladly share my moms experiences. I can't believe the lack of dignity in this place, completely inhumane!!!

My mother received excellent care and attention during her weeklong rehabilitation stay at Pendleton. Her entire team was knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend this facility

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
This place endangered my fathers life repeatedly, every time they would call me to say they had to take him to the hospital for some minor problem, soon the hospitable would then call me soon after telling me that his infections caught at Pendleton had him at deaths door. It became a cycle of illness, that would repeat over and over. The hospital would patch him up and then send him right back to this death camp.
