Hello Robert- Thanks for the question! Our macaron flavors vary by season and day- as they are all made by hand and from scratch. Generally, our most popular flavors are: chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, rose water, lemon, PB & J, coconut, and so on. We also offer seasonal flavors like apple pie and pumpkin chai. Hi Peter! Thanks for the question! We do indeed make fresh bread every day, using a slow fermentation process. Currently we offer about five varieties, and our offerings do change seasonally. Thank you for asking! COVID protocol is taken very seriously- as is overall safety & sanitation. We have always cleaned & sanitized regularly, so COVID is no exception & we continue to do so on an increased basis & strict schedule. Currently we have a plexiglass barrier to keep guests separated while in line. In addition, our staff wear and replace their gloves, wear masks & wash hands frequently. We are also very strict about mask wearing. Guests are kindly asked to leave if they will not wear a mask (nose covered) inside. We also sign the iPad for the guests if they prefer, to limit the number of guests touching screens. We consistently monitor staff & encourage frequent testing to be proactive. Last, a limited number of guests are permitted inside & six feet social distancing is enforced by the team. Overall, safety & unparalleled cleanliness in a welcoming environment is our goal. Our integrity as a business depends on proper enforcement of these important community values.

Thanks for the question Karen! We do not make Italian bread, but we do offer a variety if artisanal breads as G Webb kindly noted. We offer focaccia, baguettes, pain d' epi, and brioche specials. Otherwise we are open every day from 7-7, with extended evening hours in the summer. Our sister store in Watch Hill, RI is open daily starting this Thursday, May 16th, 2019 from 8-close.
