STAY AWAY!!! I cannot speak highly enough of Preston Automotive! Stay away from Jones! My son purchased a car thru Jones Junction that broke down 88 days after purchase (2019 Hyundai with 19k and certified used). Jones basically told us it wasn't their problem and to call Hyundai roadside. (I should also mentioned that my uncle, cousin, and both parents all purchased from the same place within 9 months of our purchase. About 100k in vehicles.) In turn, the car was towed to the closest dealership and placed in a 6 week line for repair. Meanwhile, my husband purchased a car from Arthur Blann at Preston Automotive mentioned our dilemma in casual conversation. Art and Preston assisted in facilitating a tow from DE to Preston and my son's car was repaired within 10 days! I cannot say enough about this group going above and beyond. I recommend Preston Automotive. Stay away from Jones Junction. The buying experience may be pleasant, but they will leave you in the lurch.

Good experience hyundai Jones has friendly and professional workers. Def beats jiffylube yeah might have to wait little while for car to get done but atleast you know your in good hands.

Bought a car here $44,000 cash and called about selling my grandpas car who passed and asked what documentation I needed, a manager at the Toyota dealership told me off and said hung up on me when I asked how I’m supposed to get POA over a deceased person when my grandma is still alive and also on the title, he couldn’t answer my question and I asked to speak with someone else and he hung up the phone. Awful treatment and I’ll never buy from here again.

Pretty much completely useless and unhelpful. Particularly Steve, one of the men in charge of maintenance.
