They had me on hold for 3 hours today. Then I was hung up on at 4 . I guess it was quitting time.

After spending 45 mins on hold yesterday for 45 mins and finally requesting a call back (never got a call) decided to try again today I have been on hold for 1 hour and 35 mins! This is absolutely INSANE and should never happen! Not everything can be done online.

I'll tell you straight... I justade my FINAL Payment! Been paying since 1999 and I'm finally DONE!!!This place has put me through Hell . You won't receive a call back , any compassion or understanding. Incompetent agents . I am 100 percent sure this is a MONEY SKIMMING Operation. I've seen Payments arrive to my child's mom less that what I had a receipt for paying multiple times! When confronted with this they simply have no answer.. it's sad and one day will probably be exposed. Hang in there it doesn't last forever.

Thee worst BUSINESS ever.. they dont keep track of your payments. ( i get my wages garnished directly from my check and they still tell me I haven’t paid resulting in my License getting suspended). Tell you false information regarding closing your case. And the women working there are biased single mothers. They almost begged my childs mother to get more from me after me and her came to an agreement. Horrible government..
