Holy cow, this place is amazing! Super friendly staff, great assortment of many local market items. Many options of their fresh meats and chickens marinated in air free packaging and man, is it tender and delicious. I grilled the chicken breast marinated in ancho chili lime and also grilled their asparagus marinated in chili lime. I haven’t had chicken taste so good….ever. It’s crazy tender, no fork needed. I also got their marinated beef tips-their specialty and a prime rib eye. Their meat looks spectacular-they carry top choice and prime and have 21 day aged meat. I cannot wait to go back, prices are reasonable! Check them out-new local business opened in March 2022

Bought two picanhas today. Cooked them on my rotisserie over a lump charcoal fire. Probably in my top three best pieces of meat that I have ever had. Go here. Buy meat. Cook it and eat it. You’ll be happy.

This place is amazing!! Super clean and the staff members are nice and helpful. They have local products that I didnt even know were made around here (coffee). I knew we had local honey, but I never purchased any before. They also have beautiful meats, including a variety of meats that I have actually looked for in the supermarkets and couldn't find (lamb, for example). They have so many herbs, rubs and sauces, no one need have the same flavor twice for a long long time!

I don’t know which to comment on first, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff or the delectable food I have been feasting on, since their opening in Wilmington. Since I can’t place one above the other, my only suggestion is for you to find out for yourselves. They have the most wonderful selections and will assist you with any cooking tips you might need. Another asset for our great city.

Yes I saw in frozen case but I am sure if you ask for a fresh one they will look into it for you if you give them time. We had some excellent ribs which were outstanding.
