If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my car (RAV4) in for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was free with Jones for lifetime, but I paid $36 for tire rotation. Got home and noticed that my tires WERE NOT rotated (I had them marked prior to taking the car to Jones). I am disgusted, tried to call and contact the manager on duty and he was too busy to talk to me. At the same time, they recommended $2100 worth of repairs. Guess where I won’t be taking my business anymore! I suggest everyone mark your tires prior to getting them rotated at this place!

I have a 2017 Toyota Camry. My front seats have been ripping for a couple of years. I have tried on numerous occasions to get them fixed by Toyota They are supposed to be leather but was told they are Faux. I am going to go to the corporate office to see if they can get them done for me.
