If I could give a zero rating I would. The store is laid out very nice, however, I searched for an item for 10 minutes and couldn't find an employee to help me. Finally finding the item, I went to check out. The cashier didn't greet me, and didn't tell me how much I owed. I had to look at the screen in front of me. I was only asked if I had Rewards. I wasn't thanked for my purchase. And I walked out feeling unappreciated as a customer. I will not be back.

I purchased a coin sorter and took it out of the box. I did not have any wrappers so I did not use it right away. They didn’t have any in stock at the store so I was unable to test it out the same day of purchase. I did throw away the box, but kept the receipt. Within seven days, I returned to the store to either return the item, exchange the item, or get the store credit. The coin sorter did not sort dimes and was inaccurate most times anytime a dime would be in there it would jam 100% of the time. When going into the store with the receipts the lady had it just stated nothing I can do because I did not have the box. I explained that I just bought this less than seven days ago from the store I have the receipt and she said here’s our return policy you can read it. I don’t typically take things back I did not realize a box was needed, but now I’m stuck with a defective products that I have no use for.
