BEWARE!!!!! TRUTH BE TOLD as a new resident (less than 30 days) and I am disappointed with LACK OF MAINTENANCE and NO RESONSE to maintenance requests. As a renter in 2022, I am exhausted with properties treating repairs like it is junk mail. It should be priority. All units should be inspected before move in so new residents do not have to chase management OR MAINTENANCE for assistance. 5 Star reviews are a lie coming from a current resident. Everyone needs a working toilet at all times. JUST FIX IT!!!!!! My washer/dryer is NOT WORKING! Never has and maintenance still has not replaced them. Maintenance is getting paid to look like they are working but they DO NOTHING and even the head maintenance guy is less than a leader. Please keep searching for home because you will not find it here. Best wishes.

I had an associate stay here & everytime I would come over I’d come threw the garage water leaks was all I seen. With the short period of time they were there it was horrible. Especially the office people & somebody name Minnie with her nice trail self was super rude but overall if I could rate anything less than a 1 I would . Save your money from this place❗️

Office staff very very rude , the maintenance only come to look at the problem and tells you he’ll be back and never come. They can keep anyone in the office. I have to call the office phone over and over to get someone to answer.Problems after problems won’t recommend

Update 7/6/2022: Mr. David was such a great help with getting the AC fixed. He was understanding of my frustration. The maintenance guy was quick with fixing the AC unit. They have truly redeemed themselves! From two stars to five stars! 7/1/2022 This past year my experience with these apartments has not been good. Especially with maintenance. I have entered numerous ticket to check my AC and the tickets get closed out but the AC is not fixed. It is 85 degrees outside and 79 degrees in my apartment. Calling in an urgent ticket is useless because no one call you back. I have been trying to contact the office for over a week now about this and no one answers the phone. I'm at work during office hours so it's hard to catch them in person.

Hi Renee, Thank you for checking out Chartwell Court, but none of our apartments are all bills paid nor we do not have apartments within that price range.
No and water bill is not included in rent.
