A long strip of forest along the James River. Quite hilly with many stairs but it offers a very peaceful hike. Not Handicap accessible in my opinion. I did not get a chance to explore the whole trail, but from what I did the hike was very enjoyable.

Hands down the best trail run near downtown Richmond. Usually crowded on nice days, if you don't mind sharing a beach/water area with other groups it shouldn't be a problem. Best visited when the water is low, as the trails tend to easily flood when 'tide' is high.

One of RVAs greatest spots. The trails are always kept tidy and clean. The art added to the stairwell is incredible

Very special place in the city. Lots of shade, walking trails, and little spots along the river to hangout at. Let’s pick up our trash! We all share this planet together!

I wouldn't recommend it. The trail is very unlevel and steep in some places.
