Positive: The outside, the grounds, the lobby, the events area. The location in reference to the zoo. Negative: We were disappointed at the room. For such a grand hotel, the 1st thing was the door wouldn't open, even for the maintenance man. The battery was dead on the door. It was dusty where the hair dryer & towels were. The freezer was broken.

Good Afternoon, Jim! There are a couple different lots that you can park in that are close to the hotel. I recommend parking in the lot across from the hotel (the only 3 - 4 story building on property). There is a luggage drop off for you to drop your bags before you park. There are also luggage carts. There are handicap spots in the parking lot that are a bit closer to the entry. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We look forward to seeing you!
It was orignially the Green Meadows Inn way back. Later it became the Nationwide Training Center and just had a few single story housing units and a conference center. It is now a 192-room property with 40,000sqft of meeting space, all open to the public.
I would say that what you read was inaccurate. Hotels do not deny children from swimming. My fuess is the statement should have been that children cannot swim ynleas supervised by an adult.
The website we booked on said there was, but when we checked in they said that it was not the case.
