Most importantly, would suggest to use Columbus location where they have all the services. I got a mold problem and they first said that they will get the reconstruction work back in place after the remediation work. They did the remediation work and after 2 calls and an email, they tell me that it will take a week to just get someone to look into an estimate and another week to schedule one! They are very expensive and very unprofessional at the same!! They don’t care that they fix a portion of your home and then it will be not useful for such a long period. Would NOT recommend them and if you have to .. don’t fall for the false promises and get all work scheduled in advance!!

From the initial call, they were very friendly and clearly communicated what to expect. During the holiday week, they sent a professional out same day to inspect a potential mold problem. Servpro came and gave a very thorough explanation on what to do and he was very nice and professional. Would definitely call back if needed!

Woke-up to a flooded basement and called them VERY early in the morning and after the first initial phone call, we never heard back from them! If you DO-NOT have the assets to respond ASAP why are you in this type of business???
