I had an old Bay window that needed to be replaced. I called a couple of contractors and got prices from them and then decided to call Window World. Trevor came out and went over the different options and I decided to go with 3 double hung windows since I am not a fan of Bay windows, and the price was very reasonable. The contract said installation by 11/21/22 the latest. I was thrilled to get a call from Laura letting me know that the window was in, and they were ready to schedule installation. Trevor and his crew, Ali and Kurt, arrived on time this past Wednesday for the installation. They were very professional and courteous. Trevor who is the Project Manager was very patient in explaining and showing Ali and Kurt what to do. They made a great team! My experience with Window World was wonderful from start to finish and the window is absolutely gorgeous! I can't thank them enough for making this experience anxiety free. I would like to have new Exterior doors replaced in the future and I definitely will call Trevor when I am ready to do this. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have windows and doors replaced.

AJ and his team were wonderful to work with. We replaced 2 sliders with French doors. After installation we had some issues with the way the doors shut and Window World stuck by their work and came out to repair the doors three times until I was happy. Even though the situation was frustrating for everyone they made it right at no additional cost. They also were able to assist in providing energy efficiency paperwork for my taxes. Overall the entire team went above and beyond to satisfy a customer and stick by their product!

It depends what you're upgrading from. We have windows from the 60s and these were a vast improvement, I can tell just by the fact that the old windows had quite a draft when you were nearby. Also, if you're upgrading from older windows you might be entitled to an energy program that reimburses you $$$ per window due to their efficiency. Sorry I don't have more specifics than that.
