Wonderful experience! Made an appointment same day for my daughter to be seen at 8pm. Never been to this urgent care before we are new to this state. Everyone who helped by calling to check us in, the nurse walking us back and the nurse practitioner who saw my daughter…. EVERYONE was extremely pleasant and us waiting 30 mins prior to going inside and 25 mins before being seen which to me was totally fine, those poor urgent cares are slammed with so many appointments and non scheduled appointments for certain circumstances. Being from the dental field I completely understand and walk-ins can throw a wrench in a schedule. I read a lot of negative reviews on here regarding Cook’s Urgent Care of Mansfield, I always take them with a grain of salt and will decide for myself because a lot of people complain about the small stuff. Be grateful and patience, those medical providers work late to help us out when primary care cannot see you!

If I could leave a 0 I would. I truly do not understand why there is an urgent care if you need an appointment. As if we are supposed to anticipate our 1 year old being ill at 9PM. We were turned away because they were "at capacity" with an EMPTY parking lot and EMPTY waiting room.

Arrived here at 2:30 for my 2:40 appointment. Was in the waiting room until 5:00. When I was being checked in at the front desk, the 3 ladies behind the window were gossiping about someone and did not even care to hide it. They all looked super annoyed like they hated there life. If you don’t like your job find a new one. The only good thing about this place was the doctor who saw my child. This is a urgent care so I feel no one should be waiting for over two hours after there appointment time. The majority of the people who I saw had infants, or kids less than 2 years of age. Our kids are already not feeling good and waiting hours doesn’t make it any better. You’re probably more likely to be seen quicker at an emergency room.

What’s urgent about a three hour wait? You might want to remove the world urgent care form your name.

My daughter goes to the rehabilitation side for speech therapy. I've seen orthopedic but not sure about gastro. It's also urgent care on opposite side so I'm sure the ladies up front could assist with any questions or concerns. Everyone is very helpful.
Depending on your insurance yes you pay an urgent care copay
