Took my vehicle in for the left rear fender , bumper and tail light area to be repaired on 8/24/22 . I know they say " take all valuables out while your vehicle is being repaired. Since they were repairing the OUTSIDE of the vehicle we didn't see a need to take anything out of the console. We picked up our vehicle on 9/15/22. On the way home my husband was looking around in the vehicle and noticed some items were missing. Polo sunglasses $380.00, a set a set of walkie talkies (located in the console), Nikon binoculars 10X50 $600.00. Everything in the console was on the floor, dirty hand print on the back of the seat . Clearly whomever rummaged through the vehicle. There was no reason for anyone to be inside the vehicle other than moving it. It's my vehicle and shouldn't have to take everything out of the vehicle. If Service King knows that they have to put that clause in there then clearly they know they have some dishonest employees. When we arrived home I immediately called Tranicia Franklin back at 4:14 pm to express our concern. I left a message and asked her to call me before she left for the day it has been a week and no call back. I'm sure nothing will be done about it. So heads up when you take your vehicle to this location make sure you take EVERYTHING out of it. I will never use or recommend Service King Mansfield. If I could give a negative zero I would. Very disappointed.

When I picked my car up they had fixed the part that needed fixing BUT my hood came back with four spots where the paint was missing and it was clear that something had been on top of my car and dragged. They told me it was something that happeneds in the paint booth. Now if that's the case and they know this why wouldn't they have prevented it from happening so I would not be upset. They refuse to do anything about it. Their explanation makes no sense to me and since they know something occurs in the paint boothe they should prevent it so the customer is completely satisfied. I could have just kept my fender dented because now my hood is all messed up and they won't do anything about it. I keep my car in the garage. I had checked the reviews before but decided since they were close to me I would go there.I should have listened to the reviews! This is totally unacceptable!
