The office staff didn’t remain diligent in attempting to contact my insurance provider. They told me it would be MY responsibility to contact the insurance company for them. My insurance company finally called them to let them know I’m covered. Not sure why I had the run around all weekend and all day Monday.

We have visitors from another country, they do not insurance here in the US. can they get a COVID test and much does it cost?
