HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Not sure why we have to have an appointment time but when we arrive we have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. The doctors there literally have no clue what they are doing. They are probably the doctors that no one else wants to hire. My son tested positive for RSV and the doctor said he was fine to go to daycare the next day. The place is disgusting. I was in the same room within a week apart and the same stain was on the floor that looked like a drink had spilled. The front desk is just rude. If you don’t like your job just quit.

Wait times are that of an average ER! The website is completely false about the “wait times”. You are better off going to Cooks Urgent Care down the street for better and faster service. We ended up leaving after waiting over 2 hours. I brought my children here a few years ago and had a great experience. My experience yesterday was the exact opposite. The room was very unsanitary looking..the floors & walls looked disgusting, the counter looked like it hadn’t even been wiped down. The room was hot. We will not be back! I see all the generic responses from a year ago and it looks like all the reviews that are similar to mine have fallen on deaf ears.

We've been several times in the last year. Pros: excellent service, doctors seem to know what they're doing friendly and helpful prompt (as much as can be expected, it's urgent care after all) you can pre-select a time slot if it's not too busy, if all the slots are taken, they'll still let you walk in Telemedicine available too! Cons: Would be 5 stars except the phone system is frankly awful. The welcome greeting takes forever and there's no obvious "talk to the person at the front desk" option. We resorted to pressing every button and still couldn't get through and had to drive back to talk to someone about resending a prescription after our pharmacy closed early. The magic number for the front desk is apparently 5 -- "curbside patient here to check in for covid testing" although we got an answering machine on that one (they were pretty busy, to be fair) when calling in blind.

From start to finish the staff is always wonderful! The providers are easy to talk to and informative. The online check in is great and wait times are minimal even for a walk in appointment. My kids prefer coming here!
