We had our welcome dinner here on Friday prior to our wedding at the Four Seasons down the road. This place was absolutely stunning and perfect. Intimate space, surrounded by trees and warm lighting. We wanted something that felt cozy so didn’t have a seating arrangement and that made the night so much more fun, where guests could mingle and meet new people prior to our big day. The wine was great; the food even better. Right in the heart of Calistoga. I’d also say that the speaker system for speeches was very audible. Overall, very intimate, warm, and memorable place. Highly recommend.

We hosted our wedding Welcome Drinks at Calistoga Inn, and had an absolutely fantastic time! The events team was exceptionally easy to work with, flexible in working with us to figure out a menu that suited our needs, and hosted an absolutely wonderful event in their garden. It was a perfect, reasonably priced space to rent, and our guests had an incredible time. Working with the Calistoga Inn was one of the smoothest parts of the entire wedding planning process. We never wanted our afternoon there to end!

What a wonderful place! I've never had better food! I had mussels and clams. They were delicious. I also had a small side salad. I asked for ranch dressing and they put just the right amount on it. My entire meal was absolutely delicious. My friends loved their food and drinks as well. I whole heartedly recommend this restaurant! YUM!

I’m torn while writing this review which is why I’m leaving a 3 stars. My husband and I were in town visiting wine country and were told to stop into Calistoga Inn for their cute outdoor patio over looking the creek. We stopped in for a drink on our first night and loved it so much we went back for dinner the next night. I’m not sure if it was the change from the bar to the dining are, but service was okay at best, lacking attention and cleanliness. I started with the oysters and then we split the gluten free pizza. (Absolutely delicious gluten free pizza for those interested). That night I was struck with intense food poisoning which lasted through the night and well into the next day. We made the conclusion it was due to faulty oysters since that’s the only thing I ate independently. My husband called the restaurant just giving a ‘heads up’ so no one else got sick and while was given initial concern, was promised a call back from management and instead was ignored which showed lack of ownership and respect. Moral of the story… grab a drink, split the pizza and avoid the oysters.
