Lovely resort & spa for a getaway weekend. Facilities were beautiful, room was lovely, and grounds were awesome. Loved all the environmentally friendly additions such as beehives, gardens, bicylces and reusable waterbottles. Docked a star due to front desk staff being either unavailable at strange times or unable to answer questions. Also had to call for room service to take trash, etc. - unsure if that is a pandemic policy or not.

Indian Springs gets better every time!! I almost hate to say this because it’s hard enough to get a room as it is! We’ve been going here for over 20+ years and every time it’s better and fancier. We stayed in the only single on Palm Row, Thank you , Ken,and the room was spacious and the suite more room than we needed. We’re able to be at adult pool for the first time in a long time. Met wonderful people, ate at Sams every night and most relaxing 3 days I’ve had in forever. Didn’t use spa but the pool lunches were fantastic and after a long day at pool, we were spent. Best ever! Hope I can get a room after this! BOOK EARLY!

A quality place that is worth it's asking price. 10/10 I came here for my sisters birthday to enjoy the hot spring mineral pools but there is so much more including biking, games, fire pits, relaxing spots, and everything offered was top quality. Beautiful property 10/10. Sometimes it felt like you had traveled outside of California. Room was great, everything was modern and up to date. Great products in rooms and locker room. I loved that there were roses everywhere. A very well thought out hotel and I love that the pool is open till midnight. I highly recommend this hotel. Just a few things to improve: 1)While customer service was excellent throughout my stay I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk through the room phones. I had to walk over every time. 2)Ear plugs should be ready to use in the rooms close to the street. My first night was not great due to all of the noise. 3) A microwave somewhere on the property 4) Adult pool is way too cold. Also adding a jacuzzi, I booked a spa session at a different hotel to get some time in a mineral pool that has jets to get my whole body relaxed.

We enjoyed every moment! Food was wonderful. Water & amenities were superb. Would have liked a large enough table (and folding chairs) in #14 to play cards. Lounge? chair takes up too much space.
