Receptionist is ok, parking area is great but I was scheduled at 1PM for a L flank pain and 40 mins after, I am still waiting to be called. It feels like an ER wait. But after I got seen by PA Jared, I am still satisfied coz he took care of what I was there for. Thank you!

I attempted to walk into Hilliard urgent care after being in car accident. The receptionist (Jillian) wasn’t helpful, was incredibly rude, and lacked empathy toward someone who had just encountered a traumatic experience. I won’t be returning to this location. You’d be better off with a kiosk. Do better.

I had a fantastic experience! Jenna the PA listened to me and was absolutely amazing! I forgot the guy in clinical who took my vitals but they were FANTASTIC! I hope I don’t need an urgent care again lol but if I do I’m coming back here for sure!

This was my first experience at this Urgent Care, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Every employee was friendly, cheerful, professional, engaging and expedient which made for a very positive experience. Dr Johnsen was wonderful. He performed a thorough exam after discussing my symptoms and really listened to everything I had to say. He, along with the rest of the staff, were very caring. Everyone asked several times, if there was anything else they could do for me. They all hoped, I felt better soon. I felt like I had been treated by family members. Thank you all for the wonderful care I received!
