I'm rating this location a 1 star for their lab drawing services, to be more precise. Their technicians are not well trained to draw labs on the pediatric population. We had to go back on multiple locations because their technicians are not able to perform their job correctly. They don't understand that children are already traumatized from labs and they allow themselves to "train" on the job. It's ridiculous and beyond infuriating. Our kids are not mice! Get your employees trained, NCH!!!!

Staff is lovely but their process is horrifying. They are first come first serve but do not prioritize. There was a child who is bleeding from his nose that waiting so long to be seen. Our child was screaming for over an hour and had still not been seen. Lovely people but horrible experience. Skip this if you have the option.

FYI: This lab only takes samples to the main hospital once a day, at the end of the day. They did not inform me of this when I dropped off my child’s samples and her test results were delayed causing a delay of diagnosis and formulation of care plan. This could have been easily avoided had I known this information (I would have driven the sample downtown).

This place was Awesome, my grandson needed to have earring removed that had got in bedded in his skin so needless to say he needed to be numb for the removal the nurse was super awesome she talked him through the whole thing step by step and that made the removal much easier he wasn't scared at all because of this phenomenal nurse ❤️ Thanks Hilliard Urgent Care

Yes we had an X-ray taken in the AM. But we had to go back to see a provider after 3 to get a boot for a broken foot. Hope that helps.
They can do just about anything a regular er can. If its a trauma then their stabilized there and transported. I highly recommend them!
