As far as I can tell good and helpful people when it came to answering my questions. They have a huge display of hot tubs and spas and they are very knowledgeable in what they sell. They offer delivery and installation of their products minus the electrical work. Which is on the customer to set up if no connection is currently available on site. So make sure if you plan ahead accordingly. They also have the products to help maintain your stuff as well. I know you could buy them a little cheaper on Amazon but it just feels better sometimes helping out a local store whose been in business for a while stay in business.
