Absolutely no hesitation. Needed a dishwasher repair. Got no response from Whirlpool and a riduclous price quote from the "larger"repair service in the area. Ferraris was responsive, honest and even took the time to find a service bulletin and secure the parts for free which neither Whirlpool nor Action took the time to do. Their technician was neat and professional. Great folks.
