Someone PLEASE fire the receptionists. Most miserable, uncaring, and lazy people I’ve ever met and that’s coming from a previous medical receptionist myself. Not an ounce of compassion or understanding.

The One

Whole establishment is a walking joke and a disgrace to anyone in the medical field of care, was told can’t give antibiotics have to go to the dentist ,well the abscess and broke tooth is an infection and will not be handled until treated for the infection,it’s sick when you over hear the so called Dr. Whom lacks basic common sense ask a patient loudly and embarrassingly if they use drugs, very professional must have hired her straight from some shanty hotel on the raggedy turnpike ,absolutely hilarious

Heather was amazing, for the rest of the staff Dr. Patel please have a talk with them. They were not knowledgeable. The health care provider in charge today could not answer basic health concern questions and just wanted to perform covid testing. I have always had an amazing experience with this office. Today was so bad I had to go to another walk-in for a REAL medical assessment for my daughter.
