This GUY is a fraud. He says he is the doctor but this guy is a 3 in 1. He is a receptionist, acts like a nurse and pretends to be the doctor. He is very sketchy and ask you for you master card info prior to being seen which is frightening from the jump. Watch out and make the right choice be for stepping foot in here. Your better off going to you local Hartford dealer on the corner of Albany ave because this ain’t it.

Awful place, I will never ever return here and I actively dissuade others from it. I brought my sister in law here for an ER follow up after a very severe car accident. He didn't bring her back to a proper exam room nor did he get consent to speak to her with myself present, he asked many questions about other individuals involved in the accident and gave advice on their situation. He was uninterested in looking at ER paperwork to see their reports on her injuries and relied on her cognition, she was diagnosed with a concussion in the ER, and my recollection of info gained from several sources aprn at the ER, HR representative from her work ( it was a workplace accident) and her supervisor. He was just so completely unprofessional I am considering looking into whom I would report this practice.

Absolutely bizarre. Just the doctor, no nurse or receptionist, which was a little uncomfortable. I told him I had a sore throat and he did not conduct a strep or flu test, just Covid. He was concerned about Covid but said he wasn’t a fan of wearing a mask (I was out of precaution). The whole encounter took place in the waiting room. Then he gave me a flier about protesting Newingtons choices in development and finished it off with a conversation about that. I don’t recommend this place at all and I’m not sure how anyone could.

I’ve been to my doctor, I’ve been to UConn and they haven’t even attempted to listen to me when I told them what was wrong. When I went to see Dr Calle, he already knew what the problem may be, which is what I was trying to explain to the previous places I’ve been to. He listens and he’s very blunt, gets to the point and sets up time to take care of the problem. I believe him to be the best healthcare provider I’ve ever been seen by.
