Typically I don’t like to do this but man this store is horribly ran. My orders are wrong every time I purchase something from here at this point I don’t get how you can run a business like that. It’s very sad,I honestly don’t recommend this location to anyone

Ordered 2 kiss emoji balloons (😘) but ended up w/ 2 regular smiley faces & some sort of star balloon. Which isn’t that big of a deal, but it only gave me more of a reason to give this place 2 stars. I mainly gave this place 2 stars because of poor location & bad customer service. I usually judge places I review based on customer services.

My boyfriend ordered from here for my birthday. Our tracking said it was delivered but the order never came. Tried to call many times and no one ever picked up. Tried to go by the store to talk to someone and no one has been there during business hours? Corporate phone number also puts you through to the same store and is no help. Do not recommend.

I ordered an edible arrangement yesterday for my wife, I called this morning and they assured me it would be delivered to her job by 5. At 430 I noticed there was no update on the status so I called the store I placed the order with, 14 times before someone answered, they told me they sent the order to another store, I called the at store over 30 times and no one answered, I called the original store back 9 times before anyone answered. They told me the order had been moved to the next day (Saturday) with no phone call or notice from either store. When I asked for a refund the lady on the phone said they would rather move the order to Monday. I finally got her to issue my refund after telling her that today was a special day, not Monday, not Saturday when she wouldn’t even be at work. The audacity to move orders around with no notice, change delivery dates with no notice and then ask if I wanted it delivered on a different day instead when they already have done nothing with my original order was very disappointing. I will never use this company again, you ruined something that was supposed to be special, and wouldn’t even put a manager on the phone. Next time I want to spend almost $200 I’ll do it somewhere where they actually produce the product that has been paid for.
