I am now convinced that ALL Regal Theatres must be renovated. The one at Short Pump is no exception. If you get to the theater early, there are only two side benches with where to sit until your movie begins. Carpeting is so filthy the colors on the carpet are barely visible. We only plus is that the concession Associates are so nice when taking your orders.

We went in on a Friday night to see the new Thor movie at 10pm. It was very busy and the lines were very long to get popcorn/snacks but the front was understaffed with only two people rushing around trying to get to all of the customers. Despite being overwhelmed the young man who saw us at the counter was very polite. It was pretty untidy in the front area that remained that way after our movie. You can order tickets online in advanced and the theater we were in was clean. I'd come again just not on a Friday night during an opening weekend.

The process of getting a ticket online and the directions were incorrect and confusing. Once we arrived there was nobody at a box office or anywhere else to give us a ticket we had to wait in the concessions line which was very long to find out how to get the ticket. Also once in that line there's a different method to get snacks you pick them yourself off of a stand that had not been restocked. So we went through the whole movie without one snack. In addition there were multiple seat Mix-Ups and we watch multiple people get moved out of their seats reassigned in the middle of the movie. The movie experience was not very good although top gun was awesome it was nothing like the movies used to be I won't return to a regal Cinema

Last time I came to this theater it was when the rise of Skywalker came out, but now it seems like this place lost its luster. The concession stand was doing their thing you know but the ticket guys were straight up lazy as HELL! chilling on their damn phones not doing anything. They looked annoyed we even walked up to them. The theaters were clean but I think they need better seats

From open until 3pm. All shows at 3pm and later at NOT matinee.
Yes. Shorter hours than normal, check website for updated hours
The food is over priced because movie theaters don't make that much commission on movie tickets themselves.
Regal cinemas are currently shut down due to Covid-19
its closed
Best is to look at their times on the website. It will have upcoming features
You probably can apply through their website as well.
I'd call the because nine times outta ten they where turned in
If you are over the age of 21, you can purchase a ticket for some under the age of 17.
I'm quite sure
Honestly, I don't know that. I'm pretty sure that it is a robot caller because they dinner expect people to call them.
No, to buy tickets in advance you have to go online.
Are beta...
When there is a big blockbuster movie playing I have seen the CSR scan people's phone
Generally tickets for kids are 6 dollars and adults can range from 8 through 15 depending on what type of show you watch
Just look up (Gift cards amc theatre)
yes
No, only at Regal south park and movieland at boulevard square
This changes weekly. Google this location to see the movies and showtimes.
Yes. r-rated movies are 16 and up
I believe 60 but most are 55 they dont card hard there tho
Just checked and there aren't any listed on the Regal App.
We saw Dunkirk in IMAX way to loud the theater shook and the screen pic was so large I don't think you really could see everything going on. IMAX may be great for some movies. It just may be a personal prefence.
Depending on how old you are id say yes if youre 18 or older maybe you can tske her under the guidelines as a parental best to call first id say or even better use the inside ticket machine and get the tickets there might be easier
Yes fandango and regal. Also the atom app works, and tickets from costco or sams as well.
This is Westower location not shortpump.
Not here
Best to buy tickets at Sam's club or Costco unless you are going to a matinee movie. But regular you will spend around $11 for am adult ticket (not 3D).
If they're 17 then they can get in but under, parent has to stay
