Not only do they have everything that we wanted in an apartment from being spacious to all of the amenities, but the ladies in the office are so kind and treated everything with a sense of urgency. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home and appreciated.

This was my very first apartment. Love everything about it friendly staff maintenance responds promptly to all issues. Neighbors are quiet & none of my packages come up missing if I’m not present when they’re delivered. Highly recommend . No bugs or rodents

Due to unforeseen circumstances in April 2021we had to move my mom and nephew into University Terrace Apartments. The entire application process and renting of the apartment was handled with excellent customer service. The office staff was so accommodating and inviting even during the pandemic. While there the maintenance staff completed all request in a timely and professional manner. My mom loved the view of the courtyard and my nephew was able to walk safely and exercise daily. Unfortunately my mother passed and we have had to move my nephew. I would like to thank Ms. Claudia and her staff for the kindness and care they have shown us. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.
