Went through the drive thru. Took 9 minutes to get from order to pay window with 4 cars in front of me. Then at pick up window the young lady stood there with my order in hand yacking with another employee for what seemed like forever. Unfortunately this is typical for this McDonald's.

SLOW slow SLOW! Always. Every time. Drive thru, in store. Doesn’t matter - always waiting 10-15 min even for a basic cheeseburger for one person. Unacceptably and consistently understaffed and mismanaged.
