We were very disappointed. It was our first time to finally have Jimmy John's. The doors were locked at 1:30 pm and we were ignored at the door for several minutes. An employee came to the door and said, we're not taking any orders, we are trying to fix our printer.

Why even offer curbside service if you’re not going to honor it? After ordering online and selecting curbside because I am sick, I still had to go into the store to get my food. I received notification on my phone that my food would be out shortly and after waiting in my car for almost 15 minutes it never came. When I went in the store the cashier said “oops they put it over there”. My food had been ready and just sitting in the pick up area. I received no apology of course. Also a few months ago my friend got delivery from this location and her bread had mold on it. If you want anything done right just do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Unknowingly, I ordered the Jimmy Cubano thinking it would be a hot sandwich not a cold one. Thankfully Nick (manager) substituted my sandwich with another after informing me that Jimmy Johns doesn’t do hot sandwiches, making my experience there a positive one. 100% going back just for the service alone. Thanks Nick!!!
