Friendly staff and very helpful. The display models are hard to browse because of the electronic price tags and descriptions. I was looking at Surface Tablets and one screen has the price and screen widths of three different models but only one on display. I had to enter settings and look at the system menu to see which model I was actually looking at. Not a fan of this type of pricing and display.

Wish I could give less than 1 star for Geek Squad. Went in the store to schedule a pc repair. Had a appointment 1 hour later so no reason to go home just wait. Told them I needed it diagnosed and I knew pretty much what it was. They knew it was a custom build. After knowing all that and waiting 1 hour the geek squad manager decides they won't diagnose it. THANKS

Worst service ever. Was charged for the wrong thing then made an appointment for a week later just for them to not have the speakers I was already charged for, the morning of my appointment. This was a large waste of my time and ill recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE for car stereo work.

I needed Dr Dre over head, headphones. I look at many sites with know luck even this site. So I called. The lady who helped me was Great. I have very little knowledge of these things, but she listened to my 50+ questions and helped me find just what I wanted and then told me how to order out of my area and have it delivered!! Service is awesome!

No. Not at this time. They only allow you to purchase items online and then park in their parking lot. They will then bring it out to you. When you get to Best Buy just check the "You are at the store" button that is provided after you purchase items online. They come right out and put the items in your car for you if its heavy. If not then they hand it to you and you're ready to go. 🙂

I would recommend calling first, but they do have a Geek Squad set up in the store where you can take your printer/ laptop.

Have you tried jumping up and down on your "right" leg 5 times then counter clockwise turn with both feet. While in a headstand restart phone and will be back to 100 percent normal. Granted I had to do it twice the last time. Hope it helps you!
Pick up a phone, call them, and ask them yourself. Since when, I mean how, is it easier (or quicker) to ask a corporate policy question about a corporate franchise, online, than it is to simply mash a button on your phone and call your local store's help desk?
