Waitress was nice and food was not bad. A little salty. I ordered chicken fillets but they were out of it so they replaced it with chicken strips with my permission. I didn't like mac n cheese. The host was not friendly at all! The man in the front door was not in a good mood. It was 10 am, not a busy time nor a time that he could get tired. So I don't know why he was not friendly

Got there around 12:30 pm on a Sunday. There were only about 3 other families waiting ahead of us, but were told it would be a 35 to 40 minute wait. The restaurant was only at about 75% capacity, with two total servers working the floor. After my friend and I were eventually seated, a host or manager took our drink orders. Another 25 to 30 minutes passed before our server came to take our order. Another 30 minutes passed, during which time most of the other tables became unoccupied. And then when it finally came out, my friend's order was wrong. The server insisted on taking it back to the kitchen, though my friend said it wasn't necessary. Another 15 minutes passed before her omelet arrived. From there, the food was enjoyed. We left the restaurant between 2:30 and 2:45. By then, there seemed to be no wait time for anyone who might have come in afterward. This location seems better suited for carry-out orders only. Although on our way out, we saw a handwritten note had been placed at the register saying "No Takeout Orders Between 1 and 5 pm. Bottom line: good food, zero hustle. Don't come here if you're on any kind of schedule or in a hurry.

I ordered through Ubereats. First off, I placed my order around 12 AM and didn’t receive it until 2 AM. My delivery person told me it was because they apparently only had 1 cook in the kitchen, which I could be sympathetic to because there are staff shortages everywhere. That didn’t change the fact, however, that my order was partially incorrect when I got it. Instead of receiving a side of hashbrowns with my steak omelet , I received soggy, undercooked pancakes that literally broke apart when I picked them up. The omelet was okay; I didn’t finish it. Ubereats refunded me for the amount of time I waited for my order. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this iHop again.

We were seated immediately on a moderately busy day. Essence took fantastic care of us. She was prompt, attentive and friendly. She made suggestions that were helpful and pointed out various options on this new menu. Her coworkers are silly …
