On Monday, June 13, 2022, I called the Lowe's appliance center and was happily greeted by Gillian. We needed a new washer/dryer ASAP and Gillian was able to inform us via the phone that they had a variety of choices in stock and available that day. We showed up and were greeted by Gillian right away and she remembered the phone conversation. Within minutes she was walking us around the appliance center showing us what was in stock, what she could get, and what might take a couple of weeks/months to get. Her badge said trainee, but she was anything but that. She was extremely knowledgeable, showed us features on the washers/dryers that we were looking and knew more about them than most who've been in the industry a while. When we picked out a washer/dryer that we wanted to purchase, she did inform us that it was behind several items and could take her 20-30minutes to move everything and get them upfront for us to take home. She did it quickly and helped load into the truck on the way out, all the while smiling, thanking us for trusting her and telling us how much she appreciated our business. Really, we should be thanking her, she was fantastic to work with, informative, knowledgable, understanding and quick. We spent roughly 45 min in the store from arrival to purchase. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a Lowe's. Well done Gillian! Lowe's is extremely lucky to have you. Appreciate you and your wonderful customer service. Thank you again!

Went here yesterday ready to buy a refrigerator. Found the fridge I wanted and stood around for 30 minutes before having to track down an employee to help me. When I finally found the closest employee to the appliance section they told me they didn't know anything about appliances and they couldn't help me. I asked them to send someone my way that could help, but no one ever showed up. After waiting for another 20 minutes, I went to Home Depot and as soon as I got to the appliance section there were literally two workers who immediately asked if I needed help. I paid a little more for the same fridge, but it was totally worth it. 100 percent will not got to Lowe's any more.

Mindy, was exceptional. She was able to assist on my online order and successfully apply a military discount during pickup. Mindy handled every minor hurdle we had and assured all items would be resolved. Best of all she made us feel good about our shopping experience. My vote for employee of the month.
