Purcahsed kitchen cabinets from here after being told by the salesman Bill that the "white shaker" cabinets were all plywood. NOT ALL PLYWOOD. BE AWARE THIS ARE PARTIAL PIECES OF PLYWOOD AND THE REST MDF. THEY ARE ALSO MADE IN CHINA. I was showed a cabinet put together and from the top it appeared to be plywood. I paid to have the cabinets assembled there as that is what was recommended by both Bill and Shirley (?) the owner of the store. I left to rent a uhaul and returned a few hours later to pick them up. When I arrived the cabinets were completely wraped in plastic for transportation making it impossible to inspect for defects and quality.  Got home and the first thing my husband notice was the back outside of the cabinet and how it was 1/4 plywood with strips to reinforce the back. 2nd thing he noticed was the cabinets were not square and poorly put together. They sat in our garage for several weeks before we were ready to install them. When we went to install them and unwrapped the plastic we noticed the damage to the dovetail in just about every drawer. I called and spoke with both Bill and the owner. The only thing they were offering me was to bring all of the 10 damaged drawers back to the store and they would fix them. I tried to explain that I live 3 hours away. They were not work able with any other solution. After installing them we had to remove each door to get them square as they could not be adjusted with the hinge and futher. This is when we noticed that the frame to the cabinet is MDF, definitely not plywood:( One of the screws is now stripped and we had to put glue to hold the screw in. My husband has over 25 years of construction experience. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A BOX STORE!!

We purchased doors for a log cabin we were building and after staining & sealing the door panels warped. Tried to get a replacement from them for that particular door but they would not accommodate my request. There is no service after the sell and I had spent over 3K. I would have thought they would be more courteous to the customer but the opposite occurred.

Ugly Duck has a VAST selection of building materials for probably anything you are looking for. I found baseboard moldings that were absolutely not available at the big box stores and at a crazy low price. Try them out and I suspect you'll be impressed. And NOT just for doors, something they are very famous for. My only suggestion is to make sure you're satisfied with their return polices.
