I placed an online ordering for two items and it made me pick up in two locations. An employee confirmed they had inventory so the pickup could have been in a single location. Good variety of appliances inventory (better than Home Depot). Need to improve on staff allocation and training. Pick up process took too long and they had some staff sitting around without anything to do in returns while online pickup was not keeping up. Should cross train and improve on resources allocation.

Always someone asking if you need help. EXCELLENT service Every. Single. Time. I love the Lowes staff. The bar in customer service to which all other home improvement stores should be judged. They should teach classes.... and retrain 90% of everyone at the other home improvement store. #lowescustomerforlife

Customer service has gone down the tubes. They used to always be so much better than that orange place, but no more. I went three times in the past week to buy supplies for a couple different projects, and of the 7-8 people I asked for help, all but one had to be extensively searched for and/or chased down (and either they're hiring a disproportionate number of the Hard of Hearing, or they seem to be training them to ignore people), and all but two were surly, profoundly unknowledgable, and pretty apathetic. This evening, I called to ask a simple question of whether they have or will have a specific type of tree in stock. When I got through the automated system to the Garden Center, the young man told me that he didn't know and couldn't look it up if I didn't have the Item Number, then said he'd have to transfer me to the Outdoor Garden Center so I could ask them. He then put me on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up to try again. This time, when the automated system put me through to the Garden Center (after I chose "Check Product Availability" and said "Trees"), it rang, somebody picked up and just breathed into the receiver for a moment, and when I said, "Hello?" they just put me on hold again without ever having said a word. I've now been on hold for over 30 minutes. Two stars, only (the times I went in person) for the one kid who didn't have the faintest idea what he was doing but at least had a pleasant attitude and made an effort, and for the one crusty old guy who actually approached and asked if I needed help and then did a great job of showing me various options (and was clearly quite knowledgeable). This hold time is utterly ridiculous. I'm done with spending nearly an hour trying to ask these people a simple question, and they're now down toward the bottom of my list of places to spend my money. I'm sure they won't miss me, but it's sad that they've almost entirely lost their basic customer service ethics.

If you look online. Select your store. Search for white mailbox. And then on the left you will see an option to narrow it down to "pick up today" . If the ones that now show up, as you click on them, should show quality available for pickup. If it has a date a few days to a week from now, it's not available at the store as an in stock item. Otherwise if the date is today or tomorrow, it is an in-stock item.
I'm not sure. I ordered two air conditioners and picked the one I wanted when they came in.
I have not encountered anyplace that copies keys that programs a key FOB. Most places that cut keys are converting to automatic cutters and a FOB wouldn't fit into one of those. Most FOBs have to be done at the dealership.

They are busy and try to provide the best costomer service but sometimes they have alot going on with other costomers
You need to call,Lowe's about the sealant or go on Amazon they might have what you're looking for.
