They are busy and try to provide the best costomer service but sometimes they have alot going on with other costomers
They probably didn't know you where on the line
They cannot answer that question as I do not know the individual who did this to you but if I were you I would call the store back press zero ask for a manager and calmly professional explain the situation. You can't write off the store because of one bad employee or maybe he's a great employee having a bad day or just made a mistake people get busy overwhelmed things happen we all have been on both sides of this now haven't we Alexandra
