Worst customer service by the manager. Rude and very unfriendly. The wifi is impossible to log in to and everything is dated. It is like the whole hotel is left from the 80s. Dont waste your money here. They dont even have a working printer.

Comfortable and clean. Very nice staff and very nice breakfast buffet. Several things have been upgraded, and many more upgrades needed.

There is no hot water. There is No HOT water!!!! Not in the shower nor the sink. And the staff just tells you to run the water for 10 minutes that is still cold!! It's not acceptable! Breakfast is lackluster and make you grateful you are close to a Waffle House. How do you except patrons to stay without hot water???

Either they're short staffed or extremely busy and then it depends on the time you call. When we were there there were only 2 people at the front and they were very busy.
